Since the products we offer on our website are medications and personal care products, we do not provide refunds and exchanges after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on our website. Please make sure that you have carefully read the product description before making a purchase. 

For prescription orders, please cross-check with your doctor or pharmacist to ensure that you have the right prescription before uploading your prescriptions to our website.
