We are looking for an experienced delivery driver with great people skills to join our team. This position will be spread across our branches in Tema Communities 2, 4, and 9. As a Top-Up Pharmacy driver, you will support the pharmacy team in the prompt delivery and collection of medicines and prescriptions.
In this role, you will build great relationships with our customers and provide professional service to our clients. You will be an ambassador for Top-Up Pharmacy so it is important that you have excellent customer service skills and be ready to go the extra mile in meeting our customers’ needs.
You will be required to do overtime during busy weekends and have flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver pharmacy orders to our patients and customers on time
- Ensure that orders are delivered to the correct addresses
- Effectively handle customer service enquiries
- Make deliveries and collections from our branches in Tema
- Ensure accurate record keeping of deliveries and maintaining proper documentation
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence
- Experience with courier work is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
