Role Overview:
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Accra and Tema branches. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy by processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and assisting our valued customers with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process prescriptions efficiently and accurately in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory by monitoring stock, restocking, and coordinating orders.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering product and medication information.
- Handle phone queries with exemplary etiquette and relay customer information accordingly.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment remains immaculate, well-organised, and compliant with all health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting or similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of prescription processing and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a polished phone manner.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- A diploma or certification in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
